Would like to know what people think about this program. I have one very big annoyance about this program. I loaded the trial version on my friends system (he is new to chess) put it on the lowest settings, minimum ply search, with one second a move, and it still flogged him. It seemed to still play a very strong game of chess for a newcomer to take on, it went for the kill very fast. Now when he plays chessmaster, the program on lower settings are great, cause you can easily beat them if you are very new to chess. Frankly for a newcomer to chess, I just cannot reccomend K-chess elite, even though it does have some nice bell and whistles. Its just to damn good for a newcomer to beat. My friend now has my old version of chessmaster, he was starting to hate chess losing all the time to k-chess on its lowest settings. Anyone else have this experience
