Subject: Strange ICC time change effect

This was so weird I figured I had to mention it. Yesterday I started a 60 10
game against crafty on ICC. Amazingly, at 1:00AM (when the clocks were moved
back an hour) ICC dropped an hour from Insomniac's time, leaving it with just
over 1 minute! This is an interesting kind of bug that is hard to test for when
you write server code....
