According to the doc-file it's necessary for Crafty to revert to keyboard stream
mode or something like that :o). In my experience it makes no difference to
Crafty whether the 'exit' command is there or not. Maybe it's more important
under Unix? However, I use it.

Maybe 'hashp 8M' would be better. Cache is not hash :o).
