It is not needed most of the time.  There was at least one compiler that had
problems detecting and reporting EOF correctly.  It wasn't on a windows system,
for reference.  The only thing to watch out for is that the last line of the
crafty.rc file _must_ be terminated with a CR/LF, as all other lines are.  It
is possible (using notepad) that the last line is not terminated, which will
cause problems.  Simplest solution is to always have a blank line on the end
of the crafty.rc file.
