I agree for the most part, but I think also that for Kasparov, the psychological
component of the game is extremely important. He has always been able use this
to win in the past. But maybe the fact that Kramnik is a friend of his weakened
this essential part of his nature.

Witness what happen after his loss to Deep Blue.

To be honest, I did not expect it to end like this, simply because he is such a
resourceful player.

Agreed, congratulations are defninitely in order for this achievement.
