Terry if you have not noticed it and most of you haven't is not in the opening
where Kramnik is outplaying Kasparov it is in the middlegame, simply replay Game
2 and game 10 to see my point. The last game could have gone either way, but
Kasparov was not ready to face Kramnik in the middlegame for another 20 hard
fought moves. He was probably mentally too exhausted to continue this hard
battle which required a lot of energy.
