It is a flaw that is in the timestamping program.  I encounted this bug when I
changed my computers clock once and counterplay lost on time because the
timestamp stamped the move as taking one hour.

I reported this bug to them about 2 years ago.  Nice to see that they are busy
fixing these problems.
