It didn“t take forever. It takes 2 or 3 seconds and then the clock display a
negative time.
Mostly it stops when it leaves the opening-library.

Yes, some programs. But none of this programs takes much time from the
processor.

64 MB of memory.
hash = 12, hashp = 2, cache = 4

On the GICS everything ist okay. Seems to be a problem with freechess.org.
