Did you check if the engine is maybe producing the same moves as Century 3.0?
That happened to me once when I didn't make a properly configured .ENG file. I
tried to put in one of the undocumented features that were possible in Century
1.0, like [EXTENSIONS (REMAINING) = 80] or something, but this wasn't accepted
by Century 2.0 in ECTool and it made a normal Century 2.0 engine instead.
I don't know about MOBILITY = 101, is interesting since for ATTRACTIVENESS = 101
this feature interacts with KING SAFETY but not for 100, 101 is ATTRACTIVENESS
Default. So maybe something like that happens for MOBILITY too?
