I belive it kibitzes the engine, just like chesspartner does. I am not certain... I key on recognizable computer signatures like the autoplayer kibitz. That causes me to check finger notes, and also to examine kibitzes from the opponent for known program names. Several have gotten temporarily noplayed for having crafty's normal note 1 in their finger notes. The code I wrote is not exactly fool-proof when you consider that. But it does seem to control this pretty well.
