Subject: CM8000 vs Fritz 6

I know it's still early -- CM8000 isn't here yet -- but I'm planning for
Christmas. Which should I get?

I am a casual player, around 1400-1600, not a programmer. I enjoy playing
against the various personalities in CM6000. I sometimes analyze my games to
find my mistakes and I enjoy looking up different openings in the database to
see how the experts played them. I have never tried a Fritz product.

Assuming an upgrade to CM8000 is cheaper than a new Fritz 6, which should I
choose, and why?
