Dear Chess Friends ! For the last 2 weeks I sent to Chessbase my question twice, but they completely ignored it. No respond at all ! My Fritz doesn't run properly , so I would like to receive their assistance. I sent this question to two differunt newsgroups and I received 5 answers from chess friends, who had the same problem. But it looks that that our friends from ChessBase don't care about the clients any more. They know that we have nothing to do and we will buy their products anyway. If I was a magician I would ask every user to stop buying ChessBase product fro a while. And then we'll see the result ! They would never forget to send us post cards for our birthdays. Do you have a better support from them ? Also I want to mention here about the new Chessbase 8, which I received a few days ago. A BIG disapointment. I very friendly GUI of Chessbase 7 has gone forever and now I see a boring Windows stile picture. My opinion - it doesn't worth to pay this big money for this make up. Plus it crushes my system every second time I start it. Do you have another opinion about it ? Best wishes Anatoli
