Hello Peter, thanks for your opinion, I think also ! Gandalf is very very strong with longer time controls and faster hardware. The next updates from Fritz (7, Deep Fritz) Tiger (Gambit-Tiger), Shredder 5 and Nimzo 8 are very interesting. I think against this programs with longer time controls have Gandalf more problems. The rating in my list from Gandalf 4.32f is very high but I have not enough games. Interesting is also the T-Town match. I speak for minutes with Ruediger Demogalle. Standig so far is 11:8 for Gandalf 4.32f against Fritz 6a with 1 GHz and 32 MB for hashtables ! Best Frank
