When we looked for an alternative to r.g.c.c, the idea of CCC was 'floated'. Steve volunteered to host the site. Nobody else made an offer. To this date, nobody else has made an offer either. And if they would, I would not vote to move it, as there is no reason to do so, and it would only add to the overall confusion. It works fine where it is. I don't get any SPAM from icdchess, so I know they aren't misusing the membership list. I have heard no one else complain either, so the conclusion is that there is no misuse there. There is more advertising for commercial chess engines here than there are mentions about ICD, so that isn't a problem either.
