assuming it is in the same new GUI that fritz6 use, then I think you are missing
out a lot. it really doesnt generate log files but you can clip analysis, you
can even setup your own way of analysis output,

you can actually paste EPD in junior6 too same with pgn.
if by anotating a game you mean, analyzing a whole game, it is also possible
with junior6.

with all said, I still prefer crafty, as far as analyzing is concerned.
