LeTiger(C) would not be able to play. B) Crafty is not over rated. It has big hardware, and for the most part plays all programs. Those who have broke Hyatt's rules for computer play, have been noplayed. That is the _only_ reason they are noplayed. Crafty's finger notes are very clear, and really there should be no reason not to follow them. C) You will notice almost all the Crafty clones on ICC,FICS,Chess.net that are on similiar hardware, have a similiar rank. Are they all over rated as well? D) And as to why bother playing actual Crafty? I would rather play the source, than playing the clones. It would be like playing 50 of Kasparov's pupils, for his World Title. That just wouldn't be right would it?
