would you like to commit to a wager of, say, $10,000?

I'll give you the address of a suitable licenced attorney where you can deposit
the funds. Then I'll provide you the proof. "anything else" means, for these
purposes, a commercial connection in computer chess. "university department" for
these purposes means one that has a computer chess involvement.
