Hello,
You can estimate a "Performance rating" based on the above games.  It is a
simple formula : Rating of player=Opponents average rating + (400 x W-L)/N.
Where W=wins & L=Losses & N= Total number of games. So in your case you have:
New rating = 2000 +(400 x 3-2) / 7
New rating = 2000 +(400 x 1) /7
New rating = 2000 + 400/7= 2000 + 57 = 2057
