I guess Anatoli's posting has scrolled off of this message board but I would like to state that I recently had a problem with engines in Chess Base 7.0 so I contacted Steve Lopez and got an immediate response. Although Mr. Lopez was not able to help me with my specific problem, he did put me in direct contact with Mathias Feist. Over the next three days, we exchanged many letters trying various solutions to my problem. In fact, Mr. Feist even allowed himself to be distracted from both directing a tournament AND watching the final game of the Kramnik-Kasparov match to respond to my letters. [By the way, another problem that appears to be unique to **** computers!] It has always been my experience that ChessBase provides World Class Tech Support and has done so for many years. This is why I will remain a loyal customer of theirs. I suspect that Anatoli's problem is one of mail going astray, perhaps even to a wrong address, than Chess Base not addressing a customer problem.
