I have always found Chessbaseusa (Lopez) quick to reply to any problem or
request.  But, about a year or so ago, I sent E-Mail to Chessbase in Germany
about a problem and received no reply.  So I contacted one of the people that
Chessbase showed at their site and told him that I got no reply to my problem,
and a few days later I got my reply. I guess you just have to get to the right
guy|
