I believe that in this position black can force perpetual check by Qe4+

How much time do chess programs need to see the perpetual check(I did not prove
that there is a perpetual check but comp-comp games from this position ended in
a draw).

The last move of Junior before the position that I posted was a tactical
mistake.
Junior played a8Q and probably missed a win by Qe2.

Insomniac probably also missed a win in the game.

Rb4 instead of Qe3 is probably winning
