I know that it was a decision of the ssdf.
Ossi Weiner did not let them to publish the rating of other programs of the
millenium package like Genius but he let them publish Shredder4's rating.

The ssdf decided that if they have no right to publish the rating of other
programs of the millenium then they are going to punish millenium and not to
publish Shredder4's rating.
