I have no "Repair" option on my CD either. It appears that my problem is related to Windows and my new drivers. The CD furnished with my new motherboard has a "VIADSK.MPD" driver which windows seems to not recognize or something like that. When I startup my computer and chose "Bootlog" option after the "F8" trick that file shows something like this: [0017BD39]Initing VIADSK.mpd [0017BD3C]Init Failure VIADSK.MPD [0017BD3C]Initing VIADSK.mpd [0017B3DD]Init Failure VIADSK.MPD I think all this means Windows and my drivers don't like each other.
