IE when you tune your car, do you just adjust what is there, or do you replace spark plugs, change the air filter, fuel filter. And perhaps add a cold-air induction system along with a better fuel pump? I "tune" my eval if the changes are less than 10% of the total code. I "rewrite" my eval if the changes are > 25% of the total code. But if all the work is _on_ the eval... then it is _only_ eval changes... Some say "tune" and some say "tweak" and some say "modify". I don't really see much difference in any of these terms, in the present context. We are talking about a so-called "new paradigm". I believe we are _really_ talking about some evaluation modifications (tuning/tweaking/additions/subtractions/etc) rather than a total "new paradigm" rewrite of the entire engine. correct?
