It means if you trust the ssdf list more than 157 elo better than shredder4 because Fritz6a is 57 elo better than tiger12 based on the ssdf and tiger12 is number 3 when shredder4 is number 4 in the list(the SSDF hide number 4 if you download the list in dos format and it is clear that it is shredder4).
