Tiger 12.0 is number 3, but I bet Tiger 13.0 is #1. I don't think anything will be able to touch it. Shredder 5.0 states it is 100 elo points higher than Fritz 6a, but that was in "independant" testing. I could independantly test a problem, and state it is 500 points better than another program. Doesn't make it so. There could be factors that grossly miscontrude results.
