Since we do not yet have the program, and we wanted to get
data up as quickly as possible, we copied the data from the
Millennium site and placed a notice at the top on the page
that the information below was "Information from the Millennium
website." The rating was not a quote from us and we cannot validate
or not validate it, at least at this time.

Once the program becomes available and testing begins, we will
have a much better sense of just where the program belongs in
the scheme of things.

In the meantime, we are removing that line and ALL lines that
make reference to strength until they are validated by third
parties. We will do that with any chess programs that are listed
on our site but not yet available. You will have to give us a
day or so to complete the project, however.

Sorry about that. We have really tried over the years not to
perpetuate the inflated rating syndrome, but I guess we did not
do an adequate policing job on this one.

That statement could very well turn out to be true (or not), but
I think we may have jumped the gun.
