Subject: Crafty 17.XX - playing vs. Computer (opponent)

Bob, I have problems. I'm playing now a tournament for chess engines,
one move per two days - Fisher clocks!)
I created a fine rc file for Crafty, with computer command.
1. Which time controls are meaningful for this situation?
2. If I'm starting up Crafty white (opponent 's side) has to move.
   How can I change sides?
3. What have I to do so Crafty is moving immediately while thinking?
