It thinks until you enter a move. > > >Thanks. It's clear now. And Crafty's opening book using in analyze mode? Yes. Crafty does its _normal_ analysis, but never makes a move. It waits for the operator to enter a move (he could enter the move crafty is suggesting, or he could enter something else) where it will then change sides and produce analysis for the other side. It has no time limit, no max search depth limit (other than 60 plies for the max iteration depth), and no restrictions on using/not-using the book.
