The point is that I'd countersue and keep you in court for a long time, paying
legal fees for a long, long time, with practically no expense to me.  And you'd
pay those legal fees or lose and you might lose even if you paid those legal
fees.

The point is that it would cost you dearly.  The point is that by the time it
was all over, you would know for sure that a lawsuit can be a real can of worms,
and you'd it ain'talways such a good idea to go trying to slip the noose around
somebody else's neck because you might find it being slipped around yours.

And, no, the German legal system can't be like the American legal system in
regard to costs.  This would easily cost you more money than you make in a year.
 Your lawyers would take you to the bank and clean you out in defending you.

Do you get the point now or do you need any more explained to you?
