I think he meant commercial non-winboard engines.
I know many people who doesnt like the face of winboard (to them it's ugly)(esp.
enrique :) )
AFAIK cs-tal and chess-tiger are the only programs that supports ICS-option,
within it's GUI.

I think there are a lot of people who would like to see ICS support in CB GUIs
(including me) also maybe in shredder (it will spare them from making a winboard
version)
