You made a smear, because you're on another planet to your 'enemy' and you dream up things he's supposed to have done, and then repeat your dreams in public. Is "sorry", "genuinely sorry, I got it wrong" in your vocabulary? Your peace offer is noted. I'll respond to you after a satisfactory resolution here.
