Yes Rebel Tiger is winboard compatitble. In fact, I have close to 25 engines
currently in the ChessPartner interface ( Same interface as Rebel Tiger ).

They are quite easy to setup, and in fact, I am doing more engines, and the
Rebel group will be making a webpage for those interested in pre-setup Winboard
ini files for the RT package.
