I disagree.
Fritz's ssdf rating is always more than Junior's rating
Fritz came second in the last WMCCC when Junior was less succesful.

Fritz failed in the israeli league against humans when Junior got better result.

Winning WMCCC in paris 97 is not relevant because it was an old version of
Junior that is not similiar to the version of today.

I do not know about a computer tournament after 97 when Junior got better result
than Fritz when I know about 2 tournaments when Fritz got better results than
Junior(WCCC of 1999 when Shredder won and Fritz came third place and the last
WMCCC of 2000).
