Fritz's result in the dutch human championship was clearly worse(Junior had better hardware but the difference was only close to being twice faster). Fritz scored more than 50% in the dutch championship but the opponents were clearly weaker and the performance of Fritz was close to 2600 when the performance of Junior in dortmund was slightly more than 2700.
