sorry - i do not want to offend you, but this is IMO nonsense.
the score of +3 or even higher is completely "accurate" here.

black is lost !
cstal and hiarcs and gambit-tiger see it (given more time).
Gambit-tiger sees it within seconds.

how can you say the position in move 39 is NOT lost ?!?
do we really have to discuss this ?!
