  You don't need to have gone to business school to see why Chessmaster
  is such a popular program. It sells in a pretty colored package alongside
  other kids' games, in the games stores. They don't see any need for auto232
  or inclusion in SSDF, those things only apply to a fraction of chess
  enthusiasts. Because of the way it's sold, the impulse buyers grab a copy
  to shut the kid up on the way to the checkout.
     Of course, added to this is the fact that CM is right up there with the
   best of them in brute playing strength.
