It has been discussed.  But since I have been having conversations with you,
I simply follow my own personal policy of letting the other two moderators
take that action if they want.

I made you an offer to contact me via email, or even here in public if you
prefer, to let me know if you want to post under your real name.  I will
then suggest to the other two moderators that we make this happen.  But you
have to first say you are 'interested'.  And I can't guarantee how the other
two will react, since I don't tell them what to do any more than they try to
tell me what to do.  We just discuss and the majority rules, and nobody gets
mad if they don't 'get their way'.  At least we have behaved that way this far
into our 'term of office'...
