I'm sure that this is no consolation to you, the user, but that's the business side of things. There were 8 testers for 3 months (not counting the 6 developers, who were also obviously spending a great deal of time with the program, two of which were running Win2K). That was considered adequate by all concerned. We'll see if they were right.... However, the development team has told me repeatedly that the program will "work fine" on NT and Win2K. jm
