I disagree here.

I do not think that Junior outsearches Hiarcs at tournament time control.
I believe that one of the main problems of hiarcs is the hash tables bug.

I expect hiarcs to have big problems on 1Ghz machine because of it.

I am not sure about it.
I think that hiarcs branching factor is bigger in longer time control and it can
be outsearched if you give it fast hardware.
