Thorsten, you have no idea of what you are talking about, but what else is new.
Kuhn was born in the USA (Cincinatti) and spent his life teaching in there,
Harvard, Berkeley, Princeton and the MIT. Not a bad curriculum, in spite of not
being European. :)
