Am a happy man: this saturday morning the postman delivered me the package with Rebel 11. So date promised was satisfied almost at the hour. Nevertheles, I have a little complain or maybe a sugestion for Ed: the enveloppe. I do not expect flashy cardboxs, but I do expect you take some safety measures for the merchandise you deliver. The current envelope seems to me not to match that demand. I understand you want to cut costs to the bone, but I believe that a plastic box shell for a CD is not more expensive than 50 cents of a dollar in Netherlands, like in my country. Actually you send the product just putting it between the pages of the booklet, so it is possible to break it very easily. Too many hands come and goes: post officials, custom people, workers of the airports, etc. Maybe nobody will suffer the bad luck to receive a broken disc, but the likelihood of such a thing is there and would be very damaging for your reputation. Even me, when I opened the enveloppe I almost cutted the disc with my scissor because the disc flipped to the border of it. A little bit of care in this aspect of the business -this is, after all, a commercial operation- would be appreciated. Regards Fernando
