I also get a bad branching factor at depth 8 here with Yace. But I think, this
can be expected, because of a big fail low (from -5 to -mate -12). The hash
table information will not be of so much use anymore, and also, the move
ordering will be worse. The mate score is shown after about 77 seconds at depth
8. I paste the output of depth 9 - didn't change at 10. At depth 8 not
the whole line was shown, because some moves where not in the hash anymore:

My current version switches to Qxf6 after 55 seconds with draw score. Score
rises slowly. 1. comlumn is nodes, second time in seconds, third score,
4th depth. The + and ++ lines are the lines that actually failed high.
AMD K6-2 475, 35M hash.
