Games against Fritz and Chessmaster become good games when I screw up. That's basically the factor that makes them interesting, or much more interesting. I have seen some interesting program-program matches here at home, but I've seen way more dull ones. Since I most always screw up and therefore most always make the games interesting, I'm not sure how much it matters, after the point I screw up anyway, which usually isn't too far along. But I'm ordering gambit from icd just as soon as I send in this post. RC
