My best sense of this kind of thing is that it's virtually impossible
to do better than a human expert.  I would dearly love to dream up
algorithms and let the computer figure out the weights and figure out
how important they are.  But I have a feeling this may only work
for the general principles.  But it's certainly worth investigating
further I think.
