I liked your name for gateway... Hateway. I call Circut City .... Short-Circut city....OfficeMax -> Office Cracks hehe anyway i have tons of them but to get to the point I wish i had 512MB of PC-133 than 256. I would have to reccomend more memory other than fast processor with little memory. I have a 800Mhz machine with 256Mb of Micron PC-133 and a 32MB video i'm running windows 2000 to me it seems cleaner than windows 98 but beware bios settings are crittical and video card compatability as well ......all i have is supposed to work with win2000 but sometimes it just locks up. Don't get a Diamond Stealth III S540 Extreme ...they say it is win2000 compatible but it isn't fully. Windows ME is ok but your computer will not perform any faster than win98. My next computer is going to be an Alpha.....when i can afford it hehe:)
