Maybe one of you can post or email me a PGN example of this?

To test I have changed the year of the following game from 1996 to 1296
and experienced no date conflict at all in Rebel9's PGN listing.

[Event "?"]
[Site "Compuserve Blindfold"]
[Date "1296.05.31"]
[Round "?"]
[White "Gata Kamsky"]
[Black "Ed Schroder"]
[Result "0-1"]
[WhiteElo "2760"]
[BlackElo "1850"]
[ECO "C52"]

1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bc4 Bc5 4. b4 Bxb4 5. c3 Ba5 6. O-O d6 7. d4 Bg4
8. Qb3 Bxf3 9. Bxf7+ Ke7 10. Bg5+ Nf6 11. gxf3 h6 12. Bxf6+ gxf6 13.

He also said he was the real one.
I think he was pulling my leg :))
