It is much better to load the entire game and let the program analyse the
position you want INSIDE the game it has been played in.
The reason is that the history of moves has an influence on the program's
thinking. The influence is by the threefold repetition rule and the 50 moves
rule.
You can select a position and make a program look stupid if you don't give it
the entire move history.
