between programs of chess, writed from Italians. The initiative is born in
collaboration with G6. G6 (G.S.e = the Group Chess and Computer science) is a
Forum dedicated to chess programmi, and writing engines. G6, started like a
meeting point for a small group of Italian programmers, and very soon was open,
to all the lovers of computers-chess, not necessarily Italian, even if the
Italian remains the official language. The forum is about all the aspects of
chess programming, from the creation and optimization of engines to the
realization of the graphical interfaces, tools and anything else. In this
perspective, the birth of the group has contributed to the spring of the Italian
chess programming.

Esc, Larsen, Raffaela, Golem, the English Colchess and the Finnish Nero.
