Assuming you have a desktop icon or a start menu entry for CM6000: Is the path to the exe-file in the properties of the icon correct (right mouse click)? What exactly happens when you doubleclick the CM6000 icon? Did you try to start CM6000.EXE from the windows explorer alternatively (if this doesn't work either, try deinstalling via system/software and re-install)? Regards, M.Scheidl
